The Notes on the Guitar

A reference to every note on the guitar's fretboard in standard tuning up to the 12th fret. Starting at the 12th fret the notes repeat themselves, so the 13th fret would be the same as the 1st fret. Use this map to learn where the notes on the guitar are located and where they repeat. The # / b (sharp / flat) between notes show the sharp and flat notes. Example: "# / b" between a C and a D note refers to C# or Db.
